MOHAMED ALI

Mohamed Ali was born in 1981 in Alexandria, Egypt. As a professional athlete and holder of a world record in powerlifting, he moved to the USA in 2018 for better opportunities for his family.

Although Mohamed always had a natural talent for drawing, it was during the challenging times of the pandemic in 2020 that he truly embraced his artistic journey. He seized the opportunity to learn and hone his skills, dedicating himself to creating visually captivating artwork.

Beyond his artistic pursuits, Mohamed is deeply concerned about the well-being of our planet and the conservation of endangered animals. Through his drawings, he aims to raise awareness and advocate for their protection. He has chosen cardboard as his medium, embodying the essence of recycling and sustainability. By transforming this humble material into beautiful pieces of art, he hopes to inspire others to appreciate the power of recycling and contribute towards a more sustainable future.

As an artist, Mohamed believes in the transformative power of art to educate, inspire, and bring about positive change. He created Slimesen, a charming animation character who blends heroism and leadership with a funny, cute personality. Despite challenges and bullying, Slimesen's journey of self-discovery and acceptance highlights the universal theme of inclusivity. Mohamed has a series of artworks based on the interaction of this character with the environment, aiming to inspire and educate through his creative expressions.
