CALL FOR ARTISTS: ARTSY ONLINE EXHIBITION "FIVE ELEMENTS"

Exhibit with our Gallery on ARTSY one of the leading online art platforms for Galleries and Art Collectors.

Deadlines:

• March 15 – Final deadline to apply for participation in the exhibition.

Entry Fee:

• $25 for up to 5 artworks
• Early Bird Special: $20 if you apply by February 28.Use code FEB28 for $5 discount

Up to 30 artists will be chosen to participate in the online group exhibition

SPECIAL PRICES:

• 1st ,2nd and 3d place - Free ARTSY Membership until July 15

and online SOLO exhibition on ARTSY.

• Gallery Choice - FREE participation in the SAN FRANCISCO ART FAIR Spring 2025 with the theme FIVE ELEMENTS with Artwork no larger than 18 inches in height and 14 inches in width .
• 4-6 place - Merit awards

EXHIBITION OVERVIEW:

Studio Art Magic invites all visual medium artists to participate in the online exhibition Five Elements on Artsy.

This exhibition explores the deep connection between humans, nature, and the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. We encourage artists to reflect on the meanings of these elements, their significance in our lives, and the sacred knowledge that connects us to nature and cosmos. We are particularly interested in artwork that embodies these themes in unique, creative, and professional ways.

The exhibition will be hosted online for three months ,starting APRIL 1st . All notifications will be sent by MARCH 25 . All selected artworks need to be available for sale. Please note that the gallery and Artsy will take a 30% commission on all sales.

Additionally, one artist will be chosen to showcase their work at the San Francisco Art Fair with our gallery from April 17-20, 2025

ACCEPTED MEDIA:

• Painting (oil, acrylic, watercolor, etc.)
• Drawing (pencil, charcoal, ink, etc.)
• Photography
• Printmaking (etching, lithography, screen printing, etc.)
• Sculpture (wood, metal, clay, glass, mix media etc.)
• Mixed media
• 3D paintings
• 3D art
• Digital art (digital paintings, graphic design, 3D art,etc.)
• Collage
• Textile art (fiber, weaving, embroidery, etc.)

Please submit up to five JPEG or png images, each under 1 MB and less than 1024X1024, labeled as follows:

If you do not know how to reduce the size of the image use online tools like IMAGE RESIZER

In case you do not know how to rename your files, you can choose to make the first uploaded file a PDF document with your name, followed by a list of titles of the submitted images. The document should include the following information for each image:

• Title
• Size in inches
• Medium
• Year of creation
• Price

if accepted, you will need to provide high-resolution images under 5 mg for the online exhibition. An email with instructions

will be sent to the artists elected to exhibit. All images must be available for sale exclusively on Artsy for the first four weeks of the exhibition. If an artwork is sold outside of Artsy after that period during the exhibition , notification from artist is required.
